Bernard Rumbley

It's Shake 'n' Rumbley, and I Helped.

About Me

Hello, hello, hello. That's all I do... Hello! Me!? What I do!? What I'm feeling!? I take photos, watch films, see bands, read books, eat, drink, sleep (a lot), play trumpet and guitar and bass. That's it, sorry. I'm The Rumble Strips number 1 fan: it's official! I was lucky enough to play with them live on stage. They are the nicest, coolest chaps you'll ever meet. And their music ain't half bad either, as in it's the fuckin' best stuff around. Also, my real name is Jack Edward Page, but Bernard Rumbley is way cooler, so there - what!? Or call me Rumbley. Thanks for coming on my myspace by the way, its a nice place... its not that nice.
So yes, sit back, relax and stay classy.

My Interests

Everything in a way; The Rumble Strips, cardboard, trumpets, sleeping, drinking, making my own films, watching films, meeting up with people... OH! And eating, so much eating all the time!!! And everyones favourtie: fighting for survival when over 300 deadly snakes are let loose on a plane, that kind of stuff. I must admit I do very much so enjoy seeing my friend's bands play live or just listening to their songs as well. I'm Rupert's (aka the best new band around ever) official photographer and helper outer with the instruments too. It's a hard job I'll tell you that right now but something something. Whats else do I like, hmmmm!? Nah!

I'd like to meet:

I don't really want to meet anyone but if I really had to or something then they would be...
Maybe you if you had a cake or a chicken or something, Johnny Cash but hes dead, Jack Black hes not dead, God but I'm not sure if hes dead or not, Dylan Moran, Quentin Tarantino, David Mitchell, Jimmy Carr, Zack Braff, Noel Fielding, Julian Barratt, all The Rumble Strips and The Fratellis. And if you haven't already go and see (which I have) Rupert live and roar! live and The Kabeedies, its all good, O' my bothers. And by brothers I mean Rumbley. Go and meet him now, hes the coolest Vince Noir look-a-like and fellow friend of your humble narrator you'll ever be so lucky to chat to. The end!

And thats all really; why do they make these boxes so bloody big, I mean really big, some people won't know when to stop. I mean look at me, its getting ridiculous!? And so, if you do want to chat on MSN or just want to find out more, log on to and or you can catch me when I'm online at: [email protected]... YOU CANNOT LOSE!

Music:

I like all music really, its a right old ra-ra riot to see live too. But I do have favies, which are...

Er, no I hate them! Seriously, its what I do. You know what I blame, only bloody society! Don't be daft. You don't know me! Its good stuff, I'll do it on the night! Green is the colour of money. Mate, it'll be a fat/ right old night out. OH MY FUCK!!!

Curious George
&
Rumble Fish

Television:

Sometimes it can be pretty pretty pretty good, and if you'd like it to be then watch...
Black Books, Peep Show, My Name Is Earl, Mitchell And Webb, Rex The Runt, Futurama, American Dad, Family Guy, Lost, The Office, Nip/ Tuck, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Green Wing, The Simpsons, South Park, Scrubs, Friends, Father Ted, The Mighty Boosh and Wallace And Gromit because they're disabled in many hillarious ways.

Books:

I reckon books are the best type of thing you can give someone (apart from STDs) because they can help expand your mind (just like STDs). I do really enjoy reading but probably don't read enough. The books I have read are pretty darn brillo though...
Dictionaries are best! Or The Guide To Stripton: Rumbley Edition. Or clasics and such by; Charles Dickens, Jane Austin and Roald Dahl. Or A Clockwork Orange, The Prestige, The Da Vinci Code, Cash, Watership Down, The Sound Of Laughter, Sin City, To Kill A Mockingbird, The Hobbit, Holes, Bound Together, The Naked Jape, Jaws, Flanimals, The World Of Karl Plinkington, The Velvetine Rabbit, Quintessential, Rebels In The Backlot and The Curious Incindent Of The Dog In The Night Time.
I haven't ready any of these books, sorry.

Heroes:

Rumbley (bestest buddy), Jack Black, David Mitchell, Dylan Moran, all The Rumble Strips, Quentin Tarantino and Johnny Cash , "roar!", "Rupert", (all mixed with the greatest) "Steady Eddy And The Electronic Disco Cats"... NOTE:
Alex "MeGa HeRo" Smith too!!! "They're all there!!!"
