About Me

My duet of 'I'm Yours' with Jason Mraz at The Cambridge Junction. Check out my blog & more about this gig on my bebo page: click the bebo button
Hey folks
Thanks for checking out my myspace page. I'm a songwriter from the countryside between London and Cambridge. I've been writing songs since I was a young whippersnapper, but only recently started gigging regularly. The last 9 months have been fantastic. I started a band, won London Bridge Battle Of The Bands, released my first album, won a music video competition on bebo, gigged all over, performed with Jason Mraz at The Cambridge Junction and started recording my 2nd album :) I am now ready for a lie down.
My debut album 'Let The Night Roll In' is out now on I-Tunes, Amazon, HMV & all major online stores. I recorded most of it before I even started my band... so this meant I had to do it the hard way and play all the instruments myself. During this time I came up with the concept of doing a video with me playing all the instruments... which I eventually did for my cover of Jason Mraz's 'I'm Yours' (The video below).
My 2nd album promises to be a big progression. This time I have the luxury of a sound engineer (I had to do that myself last time too) and my very talented band. I'm in the studio at the moment finishing up some of the tracks, so keep an eye on my page as I'll be uploading new songs over the coming weeks. I'll also have a follow up to my 'I'm Yours' video coming very soon...!
Take care everyone. All the best
-Paul (Dec 1st 2008)

A compilation of live clips from two performances with my band at High Barn.
This is a slideshow of photos from my trip to Africa in March 07. I was based in a Masai area of southern Kenya, filming a documentary for a charity (www.kajiado-district-dev-trust.org.uk). I visited several schools and met some fantastic kids. The school in the last shot (with the children waving) had been without water for 37 years. They were so excited when we turned up with a water tank that day!! I hope you enjoy the photos. Any questions please don't hesitate to drop me an email. The song 'Our Lives' is on my first album.
