New Photos and recordings!!! Whatever next?!?

About Me

We are a really fucking good band taking influence from tragic stuff and things that make us feel about stuff which we then turn into song - brilliant, brilliant, song. We are really good. We're better than the Brightlights. We're better than the Zoot Suit Riot (what were they about?). And we are CERTAINLY better than Super Villain. That concludes local bands: we are also better than all mainstream bands.. and all other bands. We are so good, in fact, that most of you will probably not like us because your brains are too inferior and do not utilize their full potential needed to 'get' our sound.
Good luck with it.
The International Beard Brigade - Splash My Fag<[i>Review for some magazine]
A unique blend of Bill Bailey humor, songs about stationary and a touch of musical genius.
The release includes the legendary "Johnny Is A Prostitute" (originally of the Swings Between Swings EP), "Paper" and the infamous cover of The ALmighty Boosh's "Hitcher" rap.
A look at their website will show the celebrity fan base of this band and when asked to comment, producer/talk-show host Dean Learner famously said "NO."
Aside from the limelight this band can be found pushing the boundaries of music technology. The samples which are so expertly pounded together in songs such as "RamJackAppleFlange" and "Uh Hello" really define the more serious side of this band as well as showing that the band need not corroborate on all of the songs.
With rumors of their recently recorded concert at Music Live at Birmingham's NEC to be released on exclusive vinyl the band seem sure to continue plundering the depths of their magnificent bell's for a long time to come.
They also made Cillit Bang.

BEARD TELEVISION!!!
Channel One
- Self-rightous second coming of Alan Rickman, BOD reviewing "The International Beard Brigade" and "The Sloot Man Riots", both from hit album Splash My Fag!
Channel Two - The original music video to an early early demo of Jim Vib entitled "We're Gay". Recorded the very night they were formed, people!
Channel Three - Selim pops in to say a quick hello!
Short Biography
The band came together when five friends and fellow creame cake enthusiasts gathered together in their school basement, where they hid from the taunts of other students. The five where Selim Bulut, Lee Tyrrell, Kit Jennings, Lewis Townsend and James L. Hello. They played music together constantly, coming up with fine new rhythms and textures. James L. Hello died of unfortunate head caving in problems leaving the four to carry on on their own. They formed "The International Beard Brigade" and after playing gigs all across the nation they were immediately recognised as the new sound.
Today, the beard are relaxing in the massive success their first two official releases, the debut album "Splash My Fag", the album which took 2007 by storm, and the new E.P "Beard-Sides" containing the 8 B-sides which came with the singles. Following that they the released of Fuck Off Gilette, their excellent new DVD. This contains their groundbreaking VH1 unplugged gig, intact with adverts inbetween because we need the money. As usual this DVD is DECKED out with features containing such highlights as Kit and Lewis' failed wrestling careers, Selim: A Biography and a touching video of the boys performing their first song they wrote together as The International Beard Brigade on the night they formed, "We're Gay"; a classic later to be known as "Jim Vib".
UPDATE MAY 11th 2008!
