Professional pastry books are my true love.... When my face isn't burried in them, I love Neil Gaiman. The man is pure genious! And yes I'll go to the edge of the earth to hear him read and do book signings. He signed one of my books with the words, "Never Die" just two months before 9/11 in the bookstore at the World Trade Center... Klosterman and Sedaris can pull me too.
Dad (for being the best), Mom (the strongest woman ever!), my true friends (you know who you are), Vedika - my cake godess mirror only in vegan form, the Shovel-circle for entertaining my life and making it whole, BT for spinning me into decorating mode, and LFL for putting anything in his mouth and eating it, you have replaced Bourdain!
