As a soon to be a Icon, aspiring entrepreneur, and young dad. Guerilla D experience in the street, coupled with his amazing growth as an individual has placed him in a position only a handful of people in this life reach. "I'm not concerned with having to prove myself," Guerilla D says. "I don't have to prove anything, because my growth as an individual and as a Music Icon.Guerilla D was born and raised in the notoriously known Jersey City. As a child, the aspiring Music Icon listened to and idolized early Bad Boy, Roc A Fella and AfterMath recording Icons like Dre, Diddy and Jay-Z, who he cites as some of his early influences. A few years later,Guerilla D met Ramon Terry AKA Red who would later take the reigns of Co CEO of 240 Studio and help molding him into a prolific and profound artistic individual . In 2000 at the , Guerilla D made his label 240 Studio In 2000, Guerilla D, recording Face Jersey City super-Man 240Studio and dropped His self-titled debut CD. The records independent success garnered the young mc ledgen of fans throughout New Jersey. He further distinguished himself as the MC to watch on the Face 60 Minute Mix tape with DJ LP (2001).(2003) Guerilla D launched his solo career with the release of the hood smash Gangster And A Gentlemen. All The artist had they individual wordplay, combined with his mature street Wiz made the CD one of the year's most compelling albums. The young prodigy’s second Collabration album , Off The Chain Vol.1(2005), further certified Guerilla D's reputation as one of Jersey’s finest Music Icon, but it’s soon to be released 240 Studio solo album that finally forced rap fans beyond the Jersey City to recognize what die-hard Guerilla D fans knew all along: Guerilla D is a hip hop force to be reckoned with. As the newest venture on Guerilla D's imprint, 240 Studio, solo album is bound to thrill those who have watched Guerilla D mature since his first appearance on Gangster And A Gentlemen. "Everyday I experience new things, and these experiences I express creatively in my CD's. Guerilla Dis a perfectionist in the lab, has never been one to waste time. In fact, he has been known to complete 7 songs in an 8 hour recording slot. "I could do an entire album in a week," he brags, "But 240 Studio solo album took me a little longer a few months, he deadpans. I wanted to make sure everything was right."
