Jackie Khan! the name of a smalltown prostitute in the middle of Sweden! The band, named after such a woman started out in 2005. After breaking up for 12 months, guitarist and singer Fredrik Capdevila and drummer Wilgot Teddy took "Jackie" on the road again, moving from Karlstad to Malmö in search of a new musical endevour.
The band has a unique sound that rises above the crowd bringing it a mix of rock n roll from the states with a hint of "new-wave" indie from uk adding along the way their own hint of swedish pop.....all that thrown into the pot we have whats best summed up as "POP RAMONES" - same attitude, just a whole lot fucking easier to dance too!
So far they have released 3 EPs, the most recent being "To all of them we left behind" released in January 2009!
