About Me

Well, I am not sure what to say here. I think I am a real well rounded person. I am not very picky and I'll try just about anything once.I enjoy all sports but lately I have really gotten into hockey ( but don't really know any of the rules). I enjoy going to the gym at least 5 days a week. I was out of shape but have been working very hard to get back to where I need to be. A healthy life style is very important to me.I come from a large very close family that means the world to me. They are my life! I have a sister who is married to a wonderful man that is a police officer. She has a beautiful baby girl Elliot Elaine. Right now my baby brother, Micah, is partying like the bachelor he is and hanging out with his buddies. My dad is a ladies man and my mom is about to get married to a wonderful man, Glen.My extend family, grandparents and cousins are all great and I try to stay close to all of them, since we all live in the DFW area. However if I tried to list all of them here you might be reading for days :-)I am pretty laid back, I guess one might say a good old girl. I love to be outside and don't mind getting dirty. I love riding 4 wheelers and mudding. I enjoy fishing but recently learned I am not too good with an open face reel (lol), camping, and hiking. I love to go out in the country and look at the stars at night. Nature is a wonderful gift from God and I love to be in it. On the other hand, I can clean up real nice for a night out on the town. I enjoys going to the clubs to dance ( not so much for the alcohol). I also enjoy going to the opera, ballet, theater, and orchestra.I might be considered an adrenaline junkie. I love roller coasters, would really like to go sky diving and at one time in my life really wanted to try and ride a bull (actually I probably would still do that it I had the chance). After completing High School I went directly into the Navy. My friends thought I was crazy because I joined before the 1st semester of our senior year had ended. I spent 4 wonderful years in the Navy as an Aviation Electricians Mate on F/A 18's. The best plane ever created! While in the Navy I went to Greece, Spain, Slovenia, Italy, Hawaii, & Alaska. I launched planes into Iraq that dropped the first bombs in March of 2003. I love this country and would have given my life to protect what freedoms we have as well as help other countries to obtain those freedoms. I am finally about to finish up my associates at Weatherford and then move on to my Bachelors. I am majoring in English and I hope to eventually have my PhD.I guess I am here because I don't know many people around here since I got out of the service and I am somewhat shy, until I get to know people.Let me restate this I think I am shy but I was recently told I am not shy at all... Who knows?I hope to meet people who can make me laugh; laughing is good for the soul. I recently confirmed this when I laughed the hardest I think I ever have for about half a day, I had never laughed until I cried...until now.I think I have completed my first novel here but if there is anything else you want to know about me just send me an e-mail.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

First and foremost God but that day will come in time. I would really like to meet Daughtry, Bon Jovi, Rodney Atkins, Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisly and George Strait. I would also love to meet Steve Carell he is hilarious.I use to want to meet Toby Keith but I got a chance to do just that in Key West while I was in the Navy. I also met Jimmy Buffet. They are both so down to earth.
