R.O.C. AKA Rocky Blanco Born 12/25/1975 in the South Bronx Burrough in New York City moved to Fort Wayne indiana in 1982. R.O.C. is a seasoned veteran in the underground, Rhymin since 1989. Now in the 07 R.O.C. has Appeared on Several Releases Including Unseen Handz Black Particles Vol 1. 1999- 2001. Then in 02 released his own CD Been Writin, 03-04 Sittin Back, 06 Dysfunkshunol Family Presents Resevior Dogs, and His CD NEVA2LATE, and T-Bones Hoosier Boys Mix Tape, 07 Rhyme Animal, Soon to Be Workin On his 5th CD To Be Titled Paper Weight in Nov. 07 Watch for Shows in Your Town and More to Come From this Underground Legend AKA the Rhyme Animal.
