Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter. - MLK Jr.

About Me

Where to begin! I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University August 2002 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and now work in the marketing field. My job keeps me very busy and there's never a dull moment...I'm involved with branding, graphic design, marketing communications project management and product placement in TV/films and celebrity seeding. In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, go biking, watch movies, volunteer at my church, etc.

I'm half Dutch and half Trinidadian...so although most people can't tell, I'm actually mixed. My dad's genes must be strong - he left me with some nappy hair...I'm talking super strength relaxer :)

I'm a christian and strive to keep God first in my life each and every day. God has a way of throwing some major challenges and trials, but I've learned that with God's strength and by learning to rely on Him in all that I do, I can overcome any obstacle I'm faced with.

Trapped in the elevator

You always hear these crazy stories about people being trapped in elevators, but you never really understand the experience until it happens to you.  So I had to go to the hospital the other day ...
