My Interests

If anyone knows me they know I love music. My passion has always been singing and playing music. I love to write songs, write music, and play piano, drums, and guitar. I can not immagine living without music. The best music in the world is one that conveys a message that speaks to another. Music allows one to express themself in their hurt, pain, laughter, sorrow, teers, bitterness, and even happiness.

I'd like to meet:

I have had the honor of meeting some increadable people in life!! I am honored to have met some of the greatest people on the planet I call my friends!

Music:

Were do i start with music. I LOVE, did I mention Love music? I stated in an erlier text where I love music and it is my passion. I love anything from blue grass to hip hop and all in between. I sing locally now and have a blast. I am about to pick the music and lyrics back up again for good, but it just isnt time yet. I have a few things to sort out first and I will, as Travis Tritt says, Be Somebody Someday, you can bet your hard earned dollar I will!! Christian Passion, Darlene Zschech, Gaither Vocal Band, Hinsons, Isreal, Julian Drive, Clint Brown, Avalon, Michael English, Martha Muzzini, Steven Curtis Chapman, Karen Wheaton, and many more. All of 80's love songs, Carrie Underwood, rock ballads, R&;B, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland, Keith Urban, Montgomery Gentry, Little Big Town, Bon Jovi, and others.

Movies:

I love all kinds of movies. I like action, horror flicks, adventure and comical movies. I even like sappy movies sometimes. The greatest movie on the planet; however, is BACK TO THE FUTURE I, II, and III !! Lets not forget We Were Soldiers, THe Matrix, GREASE I and II; Lord of the Rings; The Longest Yard, Troy, Monthy Python, and The Wizzard of Ozz. Ohhh....Ghost Busters and ET!!!!I still think the only reason why everyone in America decides to go to the movies is to eat the popcorn!!

Television:

I watch shows on my DVR, because I hate commercials and it doesn't take as much time to watch them.American Idol, CSI, House, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Bones, Alias, Nashville Star, 24, Prision Break, Extreme Home Mekeover, Cash Cab, Trading Spouses, Smallville, the 4400, Grand Ole Opry Live, Fear Factor, Chuck Dead Zone, Quantum Leap, Sliders, WIfe Swap, Lost, Invasion, Killer Instinct, ohh...Is that enough? Thank God for DVR and seasons, or I would never have the time to actually keep up with any of these I actually get a chance to watch.

Books:

I love the classics, some of my favorite authors are Frank Peretti, Max Lucado, Rick Warren, Rick Joiner, David Huskins, Stephen King, Jon Grogan, and James Patterson. I hated reading in school, and even in College I didnt care for it. As I grow older I love to take a book by my creek, in my backyard, and read. Its very relazing listening to the water ripple over the rocks in the creek, hear the sounds of nature and read. I have 1 1/2 Acres in a subdivision and I own land on both sides of the creek. Its great to hang in the gazebo and chill and read or listen to music.

Heroes:

Jesus Christ for allowing me to be blessed with more than I ever deserve or could have asked for.My greatest hero is my Great-Grandfather Melvin Brown. He was an increadable man that took me for more than a grandson. He was one of the only male influence in my life. I remember haveing long talks with him and he sharing many words of wisdom. He would always say, "Boy if you will listen to me I will save you a heap of trouble." The amazing thing is that old man was so right. I value his wisdom and guidance. He died when I was 14, on November 12, 1998. His life will forever be perserved in my heart and memory. I just wish Grandaddy could see me now. I sure hope I have made him proud.Never forget my two moms, both of which should recieve a medal of honor for putting up with me. Their guidence in my life is unmeasurable.Don Stiles, who was the Father I never had growing up. His influence in music, christianity, and dedication to Christ allowed me to become the man I am today!
