SORRY WILLIAM

About Me

SLIP AWAY
IN YOUR EYES
THIS IS YOUR LIFE
Sorry William is an hard rock/alternative band from Ohio that prides itself on combining a blend of melodic riffs, driving rhythms and soulful lyrics into an energetic live show.
Sorry William had its beginnings in 2003 when singer/songwriter Jonathan Goldsmith had a vision; he had a passion for music and a need for his voice to be heard. After dabbling in solo work, he soon paired with gifted lead guitarist, Jason Retz and started looking for promising band-mates with the same drive to make their sound complete. The two collaborated on their musical inspiration and created the band H.A.F. After cycling through other band members, they renamed the band Sorry William and finally found the talents of bass player, Jim Guest, and drummer, Jason Yu, to give Sorry William the edgy alternative sound they have today.
With renewed inspiration, Sorry William is now back and better than ever!
