"You are my voice of reason. I call on you for business but also at times just to center myself and keep me grounded." - Quote from a Coolout Entertainment publicity services client.

A publicist should have a completely open rapport with the artist. A good publicist should be like a mother/father, sister/brother, shrink and stylist at times and also a confidante. This relationship creates a trust and allows the publicist to get what is necessary from the artist to get the job done. Remember this is for the artist's benefit not the publicist.

Coolout Entertainment re-emerged in 2005 when Georgio Brown created a powerhouse partnership with Noni Cavaliere (known in the industry as Miss Noni Shanay). Though Georgio Brown had established the company in 1986 in New York, through sudden relocation to the West Coast and the development of Coolout TV, the entertainment services of the company had become more side part of what Georgio Brown offered. Under the new guidance of Miss Noni Shanay, she restructured the company and brought in her current clientele of artists and promotional companies she was already partnering with for projects in the urban market to Coolout Entertainment. She had already by 2005 spent two years working for Coolout Network / Coolout TV in the publicity and promotions department.
By 2006, Georgio Brown and Miss Noni Shanay have been involved in the entertainment and media industry for well over a decade (Georgio since 1986 and Miss Noni since 1993).
Coolout Entertaiments main resource to start artists off with is Coolout TV and access to Coolout's database with music and media contacts. Then add in the in-dept knowledge of the business behind the music industry and Coolout can be a powerful team for clientele.
Georgio Brown runs the video tour support feature of the company while Miss Noni Shanay handles personal management, road management, tour photography and publicity resources.
