About Me

Average height, average looks, confident, a good thinker. Lucky enough to have married a good, beautiful and extremely tolerant woman. I am a proud father of four. I am a graduate of Nowhere-of-Reputation U., but I had a few of those life-changing type professors. Once I figured out I couldn't support a family as a poet, I went to NYC and studied film, again at one of the lesser schools. Again, fate smiled on me, granting me two of the best mentors I have had. Because of them, I beileve in stewardship, so if you ever have any questions regarding writing or film, ask me. A dream is just a hope without any energy behind it. I am putting energy behind my hopes.

My Interests

Anyone who has ideas, passion and doesn't want to waste what precious little time we get.

Shock The Monkey To Life

Thanksgiving Dream Theory

Two nights ago, I dreamt that it was the eve of my wedding, and instead of getting drunk and having a fight with my brother, I left the party after the rehearsal dinner and walked downtown. It was inc...

Each Leaf

Each leaf is a life.  Each leaf glints in the sunlight.  I used to think of it as a kind of hyper-reality -- all those green leaves reflecting sunlight making up a totality I couldn't even g...

Paradise Now and Then

Paradise Now and Then It is rare when a film seems to have no fingerprints. I have probably watched "Casablanca" hundreds of times and one thing that has always struck me is how I just do not notic...

A Sick Neighbor

Twice in the last five days an ambulance has come to take a neighbor, Mrs. M, to the hospital.  She is not a woman I really know, although I went out on a few dates with her daughter twenty ...
