Börje Reinholdsson is from Arvidsjaur in the north of Sweden.
As a child Börje became interested in music by listening to his older brothers records. 70`s rock like Slade, Sweet, Alice Cooper and Kiss had a huge influence on him.
Börje is an old school musician who learned the craft by playing with more experienced people. He started out by playing drums when he was only 8 years old. He slowly builded a reputation being a very talented drummer with a powerful sound. Later on Börje started to play guitar, piano and bas and became a multi musician.
After playing drums in the band Graphic Universe, Börje took a new direction and became the lead singer of the famous Swedish rock group The X-Union The group recorded two albums and did a lot of touring. In 1997 the group splitted and Borje started to compose and produce other Swedish artists.
In 2002 Börje composed the alternative national soccer song witch became a huge hit on national radio during the soccer world cup finals.
He also made the score to the highly acclaimed film One Christmas morning witch won the prize of best film at the York international film festival.
Now Borje is back on the rock scene once again. This time with his solo project Balthazars Machine. With cutting edge rock, punk attitude and brilliant melodies the album Reconstruct me bringed Börje back to his hard rock roots. The album did very well and got a lot of airplay. The hit single "Little Rick" was a great success.
Now the new album Robotica is here. It continues to develop the sound from the first album with ten hard rocking songs with great vocals!
