I work from studios in London and Oxford, but can travel if tempted in the right way. Smaller projects can be recorded on location with the Pyrotech mobile studio (singer songwriter/smaller groups and ensembles). I don't charge a whole pile of cash, I'm damned reasonable. Get in touch to talk about it.
I'm also a member of The Epstein, a Champion of The World, and occasionally pimp myself out to other bands that I know and love.

My Interests

Music:

Band Website: www.theepstein.com
Band Members: Rowland - plays Bass on the whole, but can dabble in keys, Mandolin, guitar, trombone, percussion. Dustbin lids have been utilised more than once.
Influences: The makers of proper country, rock and americana in the 1970s had the right ideas. Everything we hear leaves it's mark, but to name a few - Andy & Glyn Johns for classic technique, Neil Young and companions, The Band, Creedence Clearwater Revival; Calexico, Grandaddy, Dave Fridmann, Frank Black/Pixies, Tom Waits; Martin Birch, Beck... this list is impossible to complete and I refuse to go any further. All music is an influence.
Sounds Like: The Epstein
Record Label: Various!
Type of Label: Indie
