39 Goodbyes

About Me

39 Goodbyes is a pop-rock trio from the Lehigh Valley. Halfway between Philadelphia and New York City they have one goal; to be heard. 5 years since they've met, they've kept a busy schedule, playing anywhere that would let them; from festivals attended by thousands to house parties and dive bars where they've played to one passed out guy! We're always looking to play out! Contact us through myspace or email us at [email protected] We do it all. If you want to book us for a small acoustic gig or a giant arena show, we're down. We have about 90 minutes of originals and hours of covers of bar jams (Sublime, Dave Matthews, Counting Crows) and classic rock tunes (Journey, CCR, Skynrd). We will work within your means; no booking agencies or managers to pay, no extreme demands (we like all colors of M&Ms)People we want to meet: People who are as passionate about music as we are. If you've ever driven around the block one more time to let your favorite song play out, stayed out all night to go to a concert just to wake up an hour later to go to work, had threatening thoughts because the DJ cut off your jam or have been caught playing air-guitar at the most inappropriate time; we want to meet you! We've been honored to play CBGBs closing week, The Knitting Factory, The Great Allentown Fair, Journey's Backyard BBQ Festival as well as many other great places. We've had radio play all over the east coast and all over the globe on satellite radio. In the press we've been seen in Rolling Stone, MTV.com, NYC's The Village Voice and local: The Morning Call, The Express Times, Pulse Weekly, and Merge.Billy plays Hartke amps and Walden acoustics.
