I'm looking to join an existing band or start a new one.I'm 28 yrs old, have been playing guitar for over 13 years. I have pro gear/attitude and my own transportation.I am looking and currently writing with "heavier" sound than past projects. (i.e. Dub Trio, Russian Circles, Norma Jean, Oh Sleeper ... ish).I do enjoy all forms of music. I predominantly play (but am not limited to) metal, rock with jazz influence. I also enjoy blues, metal core, thrash, "world" music, drum and bass, dub, punk, classical etc... including the more obscure non genre specific. I enjoy writing non standard formats and using strange timings but I can also do write more casual easy-going stuff as well. A good song is a good song. (well, thats the goal)I play a Gibson SG and a Fender strat as well. I have a JCM 2000 head and JCM 800 4x12 cab. I plan to buy smaller amps in the future for respect of smaller venues.I also went to school for audio engineering and have my own small home studio. I work part time doing live sound currently.I am highly passionate, committed, and reliable .. these are the kind of people I'm looking for. Cheers.
