Fausto Montano – CEO/ President
An education combining street smarts and a degree in business management, Fausto Montano is the head of LaVie. His strong focus on creating the name for La Vie comes as second nature to him. His natural-born savvy is establishing business relationships with important fashion industry heads. Fausto is the leader, continuously guiding as well as supporting his team.
Danny Peguero – Men’s Designer/ Creative Director
The brain behind LaVie’s design force, Danny works relentlessly to produce top-of-the-line designs. Fresh, innovative ideas are all Danny inks on paper to be produced into the freshest clothing out on the market. With experience involving numerous clothing companies, Danny is a hot commodity in the fashion world. His rapid-fire ideas and strong work ethic create the force behind LaVie.
Angelica Peralta – Women’s Designer / CEO Assistant
The female touch to LaVie is not left behind, as Angelica creates fresh garments for women on an urban level. A somewhat lacking market, the women’s urban apparel market is a task that Angelica takes upon herself, producing challenging and unparalleled designs. The backbone of La Vie, with experience in the administrative aspects of business, she also maintains the organization of La Vie. The event organizer, assistant to the CEO, and one of the special ingredients that make up La Vie, Angelica juggles her one true love – fashion, and the desire to support her team.
Chris "Kid Google" Hostos – Marketing & Production Director
A passion for color, fine detail, and fabrics is what makes Chris Hostos’s position one of proud confidence. His personal style transcends to selecting the best items for our garments and offering insight into better design, etc. A valuable asset to the La Vie family, Chris aka Kid Google, is the point person for any information needed for research and business purposes. His business savvy is equally important since getting in contact with fashion industry magnates is one of his strengths. Along with this trait, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and work experience at various styling jobs, Chris accomplishes the toughest projects. Always bringing loads of information, arming La Vie intellectually, and preparing its successful birth to the streets; this is Chris’s true passion.
Abiel "Sence" Ruiz – Graphic Designer
Abiel, known by his peers as Sence, contributes the technical aspect of La Vie’s designs. His vast knowledge of different design platforms, his touch to Danny’s and Angelica’s designs give the final Midas touch to priceless art. With an educational background in Graphic Design, Abiel is yet the equally important component of the La Vie composition. His support gives La Vie a leading edge in terms of delivering effortless design and speedy results. Abiel, emerging from a talented graffiti artist onto becoming one of the finest airbrush/ graphic artists in New York, steadily remains motivated by his grand desire to achieve a new level of urban fashion very distinct among the already existing lines. His vision, along with his supportive team, is to go against the grain of ordinary fashion.
Enver Perez – Sales Director
Determined, reliable and passionate are the three words that best describe Enver as a business man. His love for fashion and appetite for success are the attributes that make him a valuable asset to the LaVie family. He is a positive and team-oriented individual who believes that success is mandatory and failure is not an option.
