Goal: Member of the US National Track and Field Olympic Team
How to get there: Listen to the Bishop. He's been there, done that. So its throw, throw, throw, lift, and I'm working on the abs and sprints to get fast and oh ya... get a gator belly so I can be poolside and look good in a bikini.
How it's coming: I have all the tools, a world class coach as a husband, and I just need to find the time to train.
I'm very lucky to be married to a World Class Athlete and Coach, Bishop Dolegiewicz. As an Olympic Track and Field Athlete, and Worlds Strongest Man Competitor Bish has successfully competed and coached athletes and teams to both national and international levels. As an athlete these were his best lifts. Bench press <605 lbs.> competition squat <800 lbs.> power clean <450 lbs.> dead lift <800 lbs.> overhead push press <530>.
Bish was a member of 3 Olympic Teams 1976, 1980, and 1984. Bish is most recognized as a National Coach with Canada's Olympic Track and Field team having created the strength and conditioning programs for the Canadian Sprints and Throws Teams and having coached some of the best athletes in the world.
We are running a Strength and Conditioning Clinic in Salt Lake City in the Winter. The clinic will run from November till the end of Feb on Mon, Wed, and Fridays. and we will have several different time slots available. The clinics are open to grades 7 and up and seperate classes will be held for youth and adults. Cost of the clinic is only $120.00 for the entire summer. Small group and Personal Training available upon request.
