About Me

I am married to Eric Ford (AKA) Hammer of God, infamous NORCAL drummer formerly of PANDEMIC www.myspace.com/norcalpandemic and more recently SARCOMA www.myspace.com/sarcomas.
We have a 16 year old son Zakk who has turned out to be a killer Ice Hockey player (Who knew?). Our family is totally addicted to the fast pace of the game, oh yeah, the violence is also intriguing. His sport requires us to travel all over the United States and Canada.
"How 'bout some beer and back bacon'eh?" I also travel the US for my job as an Information Technology Project Manager. Not so much travel lately.
A lot of the time it feels like we are never home but I think WE have developed a sort of twisted addiction to it! Either that or a type of epic insanity! Plus, sleep is overated anyways!

Between Eric's band, Zakk's hockey, and my job we are always on the go.
I am very proud of My Rockstar Husband and his band SARCOMA!Always support the independent movement.

My Interests

Passiflora Incarnata"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo EmersonAs if I didn't have enough to do already, I have recently established an eBay store to sell my creations online... Here's a link: Please take a look and comment.

www.stores.ebay.com/Froflex-Creations

Here's a few of my BEST SELLERS!!!

My interests also include all kinds of music, Ice Hockey in all forms, Professional and Youth, Videography, Photography, Technology gadgets like iPods, PSP. I love movies! I really like puzzle games like Tetris and Bejeweled!

I do love Diamonds, and have developed a fond appreciation for them but..... I have come to realize that really, Diamonds are just rocks, and without the centimental meaning, they really don't have any value! They can't make you happy or make anything better.
I really love photography. My plan is to return to college once my son turns 18 and pursue a degree in marketing, graphic arts, or something toward that vein that will allow for more creativity. Those interests have been on hold for the most part.I have been considering taking up Belly Dancing. I have always wanted to learn to dance but never had the opportunity. I am not big on hip hop, or line dancing (Tried that once) so that never appealed to me, but Belly Dancing, that is interesting to me. I just can't seem to find anything local.
I also love making jewlery, sewing little things like curtains, and head bands. Don't forget to check out my eBay store!!! I like beer, mainly Hefeweizen (German) and Kokonee (Canadian). I can't drink too much of it though, it makes me FAT! One interesting thing that most people don't know about me is that I can BURP louder than most men! That's right, it's totally true, ask my step brother!

I'd like to meet:

Hmmmm, OK, so I made up my mind. It would be Angela Gassow from Arch Enemy.

Music:

Mostly HEAVY but I like a bit of everything. It must envoke a feeling of Emotion, passion, pleasure, tranquility, revelation, love, anger, sorrow or inspiration! What appeals to me the most at the time is determined by my MOOD or what is going on in my life.
To list a few in my play list right now, Peeping Tom, Faith No More, Tomahawk, The Mars Volta, Mike Patton (Everything), Tracy Bonham, Joan Osbourne,
Testament, Sadus, Children of Bodem, Slipknot, Killswithch Engage, Testament, Avenged Sevenfold, Trivium, Queensryche, Drowning Pool, Alice in Chains, Anthrax, Iron Maiden, Corrision of Conformity, DIO, Flaw, In Flames, Machine Head, Metallica (Old Stuff thanks to Diamond Head), Opeth, Pantera, Sevendust, Ozzy, BLS, Stone Sour, Staind,I do appreciate some Celtic music like Loreena McKennet and Enya. I like Blues sounding stuff like Stevie Ray, Susan Tadeschi. And of course I like some classic stuff like Janis Joplin, CCR, Led Zeplin, Aretha Franklin, Bad Company, Mama's & Papa's, Fleetwood Mac, Hendrix, Journey and on and on and on.... Some other's that may seem out of place in my collection is Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, and Zap Mama. (Like I said, a bit of everything)

Movies:

I recently watched Little Miss Sunshine, I absolutely LOVE that move. I just bought it because I can really relate to the dysfunction within that family. The grandpa who is addicted to PORN and dies from drug overdose, to the gay uncle, to the sibling who wants to be a pilot. I JUST SO LOVE IT!!! And the moral of the story is...... They still make a good time out of it and are stronger for it.

Television:

Not much time to watch TV but I like shows like CSI, The First 48, Dr. G Medical Examiner, House, and Ice Hockey GO SHARKS!!!! So playoff Hockey has started and the Sharks are and the Predators are tied in game 2 of the series.

Books:

I was reading Dark Love and Paint It Black by Janet Fitch (Author of White Oleander), can't do it right now cuz it is about a woman who's life long love has committed suicide. Anyone who knows the stuff I am dealin with, will know why that's not so appealing to me right now. So I started reading Stephen King's "The Dead Zone". Pretty much anything SK is good.

Heroes:

Angela Gassow from Arch Enemy I wish I had balz like her!!! and my Little Sister! Ooh rah!!!
