That was the Heavy Otter, our first all grain ale- made from start to glass.
Turned out well-
Recipe was simple, brew tastes great. Great colour, that huge pic doesn't do it justice.

That's a 25 litre fermenter, brewing up 15 litres of all-grain pale ale.
