Well it's about time that I up date this thing.
I was born and raised in a small town called Aubrey in North Texas. As a small child I had a strong desire to make video games, playing Duck Hunt and Super Mario Brothers I knew I had to make the next great thing. Well as I went on to college in 1996 at Texas State Technical College ( TSTC ) in Waco, in their Computer Science Degree, I got bored and wanted more challenges. So I signed up for what became the Digital Media Design degree, so that I could focus on my new love of 3D. I ended up working in the Web and CD-ROM industries for a company called New Media Gateway, doing work for Nickelodeon, Microsoft, Disney and EDS.
After the dot com bubble burst, I began teaching at TSTC in Waco in the Digital Media Design ( DMD ) degree, the same that I graduated from 5 years eariler. Later I moved on to the Web Design and Development Technology. Much to the sadness of my students in the DMD department. I've loved film all my life in the last couple of years I've had the great luck to work on many independent films, and shorts. Doing everything from Directing, Producing, and Editing to Grip to 2nd 2nd Assistant Cameraman. I've loved it all and I hope to continue doing this for years to come. In 2001, I founded Provenance Media, Inc. in hopes of creating a multimedia company like none other, and have been well on our way to doing so. Focusing on web, CD and DVD design as well as a production house for all aspects of film and television production, we hope to carve a place out in this industry that needs us.
Currently I work for a industrial consulting firm in Sugar Land, Tx. Being able to get back into a real work environment has been a huge change for me and I know that many of my old colleagues and students miss me greatly. I enjoy my work and hope that this is the beginning a many more new adventures for me.
