The history of EX FREGATURA began at 1995, when was born an idea of ALL WOMAN band. At that time the group was called just FREGATURA. The members were: Jana, Milica, Blanka, Teodora. We started to make our own music - we didn't want to copy anyone! This was our moto.
In 2002 Milica left the band, so than remain 3 of us, we change the instruments - we started to play unless keyboard. Under the same name we played till 2004, when Teodora (the drumer) passed away because of disease. Than two guys (our good friend who played with "Blood suckers" from Koper) united us. We changed the name to PAVZA, but almost all people who know us, didn't reconcile with this change of name. So at last we decided to change the name again into the EX FREGATURA.
One year after Teodoras tragic death we selfreleased our longawaited firs CD "Fregatura", recording at 1999 in the club studio in MKC Koper. This is the only record made by first Fregaturas members.
We played in most places, clubs and festivals all over Slovenija. We met a lot of good people, who always helped us. Some of them helped us to play in other countrys too: Germany, Austria, Netherland, Italy and Croatia. Unfortunately we couldn't play in Romunia ... but ...in the future ...
Through all this years we played with a looot of bands like: No Limits, Blood suckers, VBS, Odpisani, Srou pa letu, Gradska, TNT, Pankeroschi, Aktivna propaganda, Elvis Jackson, Krik Disneylanda, Muskat hamburg, Absend minded, SFU, Dickless tracy, Anaeroba, Wasserdiht, Antiodpad, Kud idioti, KBO, CZD, Pridigarji, Sensation, Drekupest, Scuffy dogs, Overflow, Sirup za izkasljevanje, Sodn dan, Ana pupedan, Motus, Marko Brecelj, Franci Blaskovic, Let 3, Tavzntroza, Trdozivi, Titos bojs, S.Z.B., Pudding fields, Srecna mladina, la Kurtizana, C.O.R., G.U.B, Dark busters, Kislo grozdje, Zidar betonsky, Zablujena generacija, Regoc, BxCxMx, Reich und schöne, Ratos de porao, Aus-rotten, Oi polloi,...........and mooore.
