I will admit it out loud. I AM A GEEK!! I do Ren Faires, costume (aka Garb) and all. I love Sci-Fi and Fantasy books, movies, TV, you name it. I am now a member of a pirate crew on the ship The Blazing Sun. It's is a great group of people and I have made a ton of great, new friends. With them I have honestly had the most fun I have had in years!I have been married for 5 years to my high school sweetheart. I have two beautiful boys, Brandon 5yrs and Matthew 1yr. I currently am a stay-at-home-mom, but do web site design on the side.I plan ..ing my own internet business soon. And some time in the middle of marriage, kids, a job, the house, chores, family, and too many other things to mention, I plan on going back to school and finish my degree.

My Interests

I love to read, and do just about anything crafty. I have started learning to sew, which has been so much fun. I have more scrapbook stuff than I know what to do with. I also knit, cross-stitch, play play-doh, paint, color, and build with legos. I do like TV a bit too much, but don't have too many specific shows. I love MythBusters, Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, CSI (the origional), Crossing Jordan, and Deal or No Deal.

I'd like to meet:

It used to be Anne Rice, but she's become so preachy lately I feel like I could pass. I would love to meet Laura Bush. She's such an elegant, but down to earth woman with a terriffic head on her shoulders. Also, I would like to meet Angelina Jolie. She has such a wild, but kind-hearted spirit. She seems like she would be so much fun to hang out with and have great conversations.

Music:

I will listen to just about anything except for Hard-core Rap. I just never got into it. But for the most part I listen to "safe" Pop music and Country because I have the kids with me and can't listen to anything off-color.

Movies:

Way to many to tell, but here's a short list that is bound to get long: Harry Potter 1 & 2 (didn't really like 3 or 4), Mr & Mrs Smith, The Incredibles, Serenity, Return to Me, Keeping the Faith, Just about anything with Sandra Bullock or Meg Ryan, The origional BBC movies of the Chronicles of Narnia, The Shawshank Redemption, Dave, American President, Beauty and the Beast, Indian Jones and Last Crusade, Ever After, The Whole Nine Yards, Evolution, Hook, Charlies Angels, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, My Cousin Vinny, Gone in 60 Seconds, The Mummy, & The Mummy Returns, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars 4,5,6, Armageddon

Heroes:

My best-friend Michele. She is absolutely awesome! I look at all the work she is doing now in politics and I am so proud of her. It's something she has always had a passion for and when she got her shot to be a part of it, she grabbed it and ran with it.

I finished Book 7! Woohoo! Chuck got home with it at about 1am and I read until about 8:30 and took an hour nap. I was finished with it at about 1pm. I am still honestly unsure...
