Marc Burguera

Marc Burguera has only one goal in mind: to make music. As a guitarist and composer born in Barcelona, he spent his early teenage years learning how to play guitar, and dreaming about becoming a rock star. When he was the sweet age of 16 he joined a rock band called S-Strings, in which to get in he had to tell the guys he was 18. In this band they played lots of succesful gigs around Spain. Marc..s next project was the Freak Boys which included his friend Jonathan Jimeno. They recorded a couple of demos and played their first big gig as the openers for the infamous spanish band “Siniestro Total”. After moving away from his Modern and Jazz music studies at Berkleey College of Music in Barcelona, Marc travelled to Edinburgh,Scotland. Here he learned english and started writing his first english language songs like Aberdeen, Maple Leaf or Can You? Marc..s music drinks from a few different influences but always has a clear idea in mind: to have good and catchy melodies. An idea that he developed whilst working for Gingles Bcn as a composer.With Marc..s move to London, he looks forward to the excitement and dynamism of the London music and advertising industry.
