I'm Phoebe
I was born in my family manor at 1329 Prescott Street, San Francisco, California on November 2, 1975 to the witch Patricia Halliwell and mortal Victor Bennet. I had two older sisters, Prudence Halliwell and Piper Halliwell and a younger half-sister Paige Matthews. I was named after the favorite aunt of her mother.
All though I was born with the power of premonition, my maternal grandmother Penelope Halliwell bound the powers of Piper,Prue,and myself to keep Nicholas from killing us and taking our powers.
My father and maternal grandmother argued about my dad being merely human and thus unable to protect us from the supernatural. Dad being disgruntled eventually left the family. On February 28, 1978, Mom was drowned fighting the water demon. Me and my two older sisters were effectively orphaned and were raised by our maternal grandmother Penelope.
I was a good student, and once earned an award for student of the month. At the age of 10 I was transported by a spell cast by her future self to the year 2002, where I met two older versions of myself, my sister Piper, Piper's husband Leo Wyatt, and my future husband Cole Turner. Cole protected me from the demon Kurzon and then I visited the realm of whitelighters with Leo. After I helped the older Phoebe listen to my heart about marrying Cole, I returned to my own time, where Penny quickly erased my memory of the time travel.
After completing high school, Piper and Prue moved into an apartment together in North Beach where they stayed until our grandmother Penelope became ill and they moved back in with her. Prue became engaged to a man named Roger and she asked Piper to be her maid of honor.
Unfortunately, Rodger began to hit on me at my bartending job and sent me flowers. When Prue found out, she accused me of coming onto him. Devastated at the accusation, I left for New York City. I also did this because I had evidence that my father, Victor, was living there. Around this time, our grandma took a picture of us three. Seeing how disconnected us sisters were,Grams planned to use a potion to bind the our powers forever, but she died before she could use it.
Six months after my grandmothers death, after having fallen on hard times, I returned to San Francisco and moved back in with my sisters. Prue was not at all welcoming to me, because she still believed I ruined her engagement. It was then that I discovered the Book Of Shadows in tour attic and learned that me and my sisters were members of a long line of good witches.

I have the power of premonition, a passive power, which is an ability to see past or future. I trigger this power when I touches or is in presence of something that has to do with what my premonition is about. This power is uncontrollable, but yet now and days if I want or plead for a premonition, I usually get it.
Later on I learned the ability of levitation, this is ability to float in the air (but not fly). I mix my fighting skill with my levitating power and becomes a floating ninja, I could easily knock enemies this way.
