I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspaceGrowing up in West Oakland, and in a single family home gave her a huge perception of life, struggle, heartbreak and pain. At the age of seven, she began singing, playing and writing about her life's struggles at her neighborhood church. Around the age of 11, she started writing and performing with many Bay Area choirs and even created her own Gospel group. After facing obstacles, and splitting up with the group, she ventured off to do her own thang. This gave her an opportunity to fulfill her passion of doing R&B and Hip-Hop music, with a twist of Soul.She produced and wrote her first song, "I Owe My All" with Christ-4-Life Records, another multi-talented Gospel Rap Group in the Bay Area. She took a little time off to pursue her educational goals and recieved a B.A in Multimedia and Mass Communications. She then started her own production and entertainment company, MULTIPLICITY ENTERTAINMENT. She also had the opportunity to work with SOUNDS OF BAZKERVILLE, where she mastered her production and engineering skills. She began to sing and perform at Bay Area shows, sing hooks and write songs with so many Underground Bay Area rappers, such as NTO (MONGOOSE AND E.B.P), NUTTSO, KOSHEN, REDYBOY, SANTIAGO, RAP-4-RIGHTS, REAL BIG ENTERTAINMENT, J-Alias and P.O.W PRODUCTIONS, and sang background for an industry icon, EBAN from the STYLISTICS.In 2007, she featured with Jay-Alias on “Da Struggle” on his album, “ADAPT: THE E.P”. In 2009, she featured on E.B.P’s album, “I’ll get you up”, and “Hustle on”, and produced “Thuggin Betta”. She recently appreared on Jamie Foxx's FOXX HOLE, an internet radio show on SRYIUS RADIO IN LA, in affilaition with DARKWATER RECORDS now, and has BEEN a part of the family, in collaboration with Saan, a rap artist who is also a part of the Darkwater Movement. She also performed at the Women Who Jams event, in association with the National Association of Black Female Entreprenuers in Music and Entertainment (NABFEME), appeared in the DREAMGIRLS play, playing Lorell, at the Black Reporatory Group in Berkeley, CA. in 09, performed at the Full Vision Arts Foundation Fundraiser, and performed at the 2009 Juneteenth Neo-Soul Festival. Her goal is to inspire people to look beyond life, struggle, heartbreak and pain. Album to drop in the fall. STAY POSTED!!

Influences: OUR YOUTH!! I work with children everyday, trying to show them that there is a better life than what they can see. (Crazy times yawl....) All they know is street life and fast money, not understanding the consequences) But it is up to us as adults to show them the way. I love my babies!! Hopefully I can be a vessel for them, and show them that it is more to it than resulting to the craziness that the street life has to offer them SO YOUNG yawl. ITS INSANE!! BUT MAN DOES GOD HAVE A PLAN AND A PURPOSE! Like OBAMA made his own slogan, "YES WE CAN"!!, "YES WE CAN" change the future of our youth!! And it starts with us not giving up on them!
