I wont lie and say poetry - first love has to be football. LFC are amazing and WILL win the champions league again this year. I turn out every sunday for Sporting Horbling FC who are awesome. A team made by mates for mates and play superb football with passion and flair (and megs). I read a lot and have a decent library of dvds. And if you don't see us out and about at the weekend then us boys will be hanging out at badger lane.

Comedy is always high on the agenda. Will Ferrell, Vince Vaughan & Ben Stiller have knocked out a few decent ones recently (so I'm down with films like Anchorman; Dodgeball; Old School; Zoolander). I like watching old school Eddie Murphy too - a God of comedy.
I watch a healthy amount of TV, but watch rubbish of course! Hollyjokes and Shipwrecked are generally watched with the sound down!!
I read a lot of biogs and auto biogs. If we are going for fiction then i'm all about thrillers and it is the usual suspects like Harlan Coben, Robert Crais, John Grisham et al.
My heroes are people like Kwame Nkruma, Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela who gave up so much for what they believe in. Sir Trevor McDonald - the original and best black role model on TV and reason for my name (cheers pops)! Then there are sporting heroes like Steven Gerrard; Thierry Henry; Schuey; Lance Armstrong - simply the best in their respective fields and always look to improve further (Gerrard is a GOD). A special mention should go to Ghana's World Cup squad for showing pride, being brilliant and giving all Ghanaians something to shout about this summer.
