Max Brill is an idiot and a coward. Communications technology allow him to see and hear across the oceans. He is lucky enough to be born into a nation full of the riches of human endeavor and all he can see are the horrors of the modern age. Privileged geographically and historically he does nothing but attempt to capture his version of the world 25 times per second. He knows he should give up such a useless pastime and try to do something practical to ensure his children are born into a better world. But he doesn..t. He doesn't because Max Brill is an idiot and a coward.
"This is Me" - An attempt to capture my physical and mental being on the 16th January 2007. It deals with my feelings of responsibility and guilt over the war in Iraq
"Thou Shalt Not" - Hunter can’t remember when oil flowed freely. Nor can he conceive of what it’s used for…all he knows is that he wants it…
When the oil has run dry Hunter will risk everything to own what little is left, even if it is worthless in the world around him and even if it means killing to obtain it.
"Maggot" - Maggot sees the intensifying misanthropy of the human condition; that we are all doomed to our own personal craving for survival, no matter what our stature. That we are not much more than insects in the way we live and the way we treat others.
