I love to read. I absolutely love my wrestling (It's fake!?), I dig karaoke, I dig my Playstation 2 (maybe soon a PS3) and living out my rock fantasies on Guitar Hero. Movies are always a great escape for me, and I spend a lot of time here and on the forums at somethingawful.com. I also enjoy entertaining people, but I'm far too spontaneous and improvisational to write it down and make a living. I'm also down with trying new things at least once. All you have to do is ask!
People that inspire me. People that understand me. People that love me. People that I love. People I can talk to. People who will listen. People I can grow with. People I can inspire. People who enjoy me. People that aren't afraid of commitments. People who are dedicated to something. It'd also be nice to find someone to you know, do that whole "til death do us part" thing.
The question is... which person(s) will you be?
I love music. I mostly listen to rock music, but I enjoy everything. Rap, metal, cheap pop, even some country. I'm trying to make a stronger effort to listen to more classic rock and continue to learn more about the punk movement (now long dead).
Most music on the radio I don't care much for.
I have my favorites and I tend to listen to music in cycles of songs.
Sometimes I get tired of a band (and mostly go back to them), and sometimes I forget just how awesome they are.
Ever want to talk about a band, show me some new music, or vice versa, I'm always open.
I've also got a huge thing for rock bands fronted by women. Something about those rock girls...
A lot of genres. Action, Comedy, Drama, Suspense, even Romance movies... except for those historical ones, like Pearl Harbor and Titanic. Sci-Fi isn't bad either.
American Dad, Family Guy, Lost, 24, Wrestling, Adult Swim (most of the comedies and none of that japanese cartoon bullshit), Around The Horn, Heroes, The Soup, and South Park. All these things eat up precious daytime hours that can be spent doing other things.
Chuck Palahniuk, Michael Crichton, Nick Hornsby are some of my favorite authors. The last great book I read was The Godfather by Mario Puzo. My favorite book of all time is Roots by Alex Haley. Currently I'm reading The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon
Abraham Lincoln, my grandfather Norman "Bud" Aehle, Mick FoleyAs much as things change, some things don't.
