TonKs entered in the scene in 1999, when he bought up his
first turntables. Just 6 months after that he has entered the biggest
association at the time called
ADN . For two years, he played in front of thousands people
in France and get really good feedback from the fans.
After that, he started to produce in 2001 with
Cubase and some hardware synths like Nordlead, Drum Station, etc.. and
he met Ferry Tayle
and his crew, who is one of his best friends today. TonKs joined on and
together they created the project Everest .
They created their first track, entitled Orée, and received
huge support from Alex M.O.R.P.H. who signed then signed Everest onto Fenology Records .
TonKs has already a solo project parallel to the Everest project, but
with a more progressive sound. In early 2005, TonKs' second progressive
track was picked up and played by Perry
O’Neil . Eight months later, he signed his first
production on Unleashed
Records and will have remixes done by DJ Koris and Djule .
