I created the Daleks! The Daleks are the supreme beings of the universe! I have survived several assasination attempts back when I was the chief scientist of the Scientific Division of the Kaleds and since then have had my plans set back by that meddlesome Doctor but in the end I shall triumph and through my Daleks shall become the ultimate supreme being and ruler of the universe! I have already destroyed the Thals and will destroy any others standing my way, especially the Time Lords on Gallifrey!
