Jennifer Edwards a.k.a. JEN/ed grew [up] in: a household polarized by an evangelical mother and an atheist father, a family infused with cancers, a small town silenced by television and new money, a country falling to sleep. By age 19 she was a mother. By age 22 she was an orphan. By age 23 she was a divorced-single-parent. Ten years later, Jen holds a BFA and an MFA from NYUs Tisch School of the Arts and has held the titles: company director, professor, Sister Spit slam-champion, Outmusic nominee, Yogi, Spiritual Active-ist.Her work has taken her: from dancing in the windows in Grand Central Station to the stages of Girlfest Hawaii, Mamapalooza, Queerstock, and Peace Out East,
from a public awareness campaign, commissioned by the NCADD in New Jersey to facilitating spirituality and activism gatherings at American University,
