I'm a 40-year veteran of the Film, Television and Entertainment Industries in Florida. I started as an entertainer singing rock and roll...from there into management(the Drifters)and booking (The Beach Boys) and then broadcasting (WMOC-Chattanooga, WHLY-Orlando)
I was fortunate to be selected as the ceremonial announcer for the White House Honor Guard serving both President’s Johnson and Nixon, while in the military.
I resumed a career in Radio Broadcasting and later into Television as a writer/director and producer. In the course of a fun and colorful career I was a college instructor for Video Arts degree at FMU, Editor and founder of “In Focus†Newspaper about the industry, and worked in marketing and development of projects throughout the country.
Soldinger & Associates has been a facilitator for writing, producing and creating corporate, broadcast and video product for many years. Our company was awarded the coveted R.John Hugh award for contributing to the Industry. For the past 20 years I have served in the leadership of the Orlando Chapter and as State President of the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association. I also served as board member and officer of Film Florida and was chairman of the Associations Council.
For the past several years I have consulted for studio projects, and television product.
I am currently CEO of Third Coast Development Group and is partnered with former Disney and Universal executives. Their primary projects, soon to be disclosed, deal in cultural diversity and production.
I love working with non-profits...have raised money for UCP, Easter Seals, MS, Cancer Society, American Diabetes and now the Urban League
I like being with other people who are creative or talented. Its an energy thats great and allows us to feed off each others energy. I'm a proud dad...and even prouder grandfather with three very young grandkids. The newest news is that I've been elected the President of the Florida Cast & Crew Association, a unique trade association for film, tv, talent and digital media. I'm very proud to have gotten all the support and there will be a myspace site shortly, so you can get all the information.
