Right, i think its about time i filled out this section properly because u cant tell much about me from afew flashy images, well u can tell straight away im not "normal" shall we say. My real name is James O'Rourke but i get called Baby Jay instead and i have just finished my BTEC ND in Fashion and Clothing at Liverpool Community College. i spent 2 years there and have done some truly amazing things, not to mention meeting some amazing people aswell. when i think about everything that went on in those 2 years it seems like a lifetime, i have definately blossomed and come into myself while i was there which is important to me because its taught me so many things and skills for life and helped me into the way of thinking i have today. Come september i will be off to the oh so fabulous glittering city of . . eerr . . Preston, lol to study Fashion Promotion with Styling at UCLAN. Im sad to say i will be moving up there aswell an am gunna miss the gay maffia oh so much! :'-( but at the same time im excited because moving away is all part of the experience. Its going to be very challenging mentally for me at the same time because i am a very un-independant person and im going from one extreme to another. it will certainly prove an intresting first few weeks finding my bearings and realising i have to do things for myself, one thing i have promised myself is not to let how the stereotypical student lives become my way of living! I kno its easy saying it but i dnt want mashed pot noodle in my carpet and a small garden growing in my shower! UURRGGH!! vile! I have also worked at GARLANDS of Liverpool for just under four years now, this truly is the best job someone like me could ask for (for the time being) you get to create your own character or alter-ego with costumes and makeup, be on a night out and get paid for it all at the same time! Theres alot of tranny politics that comes with the job but staying out of the way and not getting involved usually helps. But i wouldnt change anything or anyone for the world, we work as a team an we are all mates an we have an absolute ball every week without fail! I recently went to Lithuania to perform at a world music awards alongside vocalist to Whelan and Di Scala, Nikki Belle. We had two dance routines to learn and we were in full drag, hysterical doesnt cover it! this was an amazing oppertunity and although there was abit of drama it is an experience i will never forget, we were very well looked after and made some realli good friends during it aswell. but yes the mini bar got raped an we caused a raucus propa tranny mafia style! . . boss! At the moment im just enjoying Summer and loving the random last minute adventures with some realli special people in my life, not to mention the weekends antics that i have no doubt will go down in history! And i will remember them forever. i strongly believe in doing something that you regret, than regret not doing something as it covers every aspect of our lives, from what we wear, to were we go! Im a very open minded person, i love culture and all things creative, this world would be such a boring fucking place if there wasnt the "freaks" and "wierdos" who actually dare to be different an dont give a fuck! I come across as a very hostile, nasty person. When in fact im the exact opposite! and ive always said, ive got the time of day for anyone who tries to speak to me or whateva, becuase i look so un-approachable, and alot of ppl r to intimidated which is partly because of how i dress or my friends or job or wateva, but i have alot of respect for the people who dont see that and will just treat you like a regular person.
I believe in Love, i believe there is someone out there for every1, i just dont wanna waste my time and feelings going through a load of cheatin using scum to get to him!
I believe in karma, what goes around comes around and eventually it will come bak 2 bite u rite in the ass!
I don't believe in keeping best for best, my wardrobe is unisex when it comes to events, basiclly i'll wear what i want when i want, with plenty of attitude! ;-)
I don't believe influences in your up-bringing make you gay, i think your born gay, its just your up-bringing that determines how compfortable you and everybody else around you is about it!
ok i think ive rabbited on enuf now . . the ones that matter know all the little bits in between so i guess i will c ya'll around, inabizzle skizzle! x x x
