I watch food network like boys watch sportscenter. Saturday morning from 8-1 that's all I watch. If I could ever open a restaurant with as little pain and money as possible I would. I might serve Venezuelan food...I think MN and WI would like the mild flavor and common ingredients. I think it would be big. I've had friends who already said they'd be my dishwasher...so I won't need to take applications for that.
