My Family is Getting Locked UP!

I'm 6 years old, and I am a little lap dog. Many other dogs would call my life boring, but I like it just fine.
I never have been a big fan of outdoor activity. I've never ran away from home, but once I wandered away while following a butterfly. I ended up in some scary doggy prison. Thank god my mommy came to get me right away.
Ever since than, they put some crazy shocker in the ground, and I can't leave the yard. It didn't take me long to learn, though, because that shocker really really burns.
My family tries to take me on walks, and play with me, but I get so tired so quick. I'm just a little girl, and they have so much more energy than I do. I walk and walk and walk, and then they have to carry me home because I get just pooped and plop on the ground and refuse to walk. Maybe thats why I'm a little thick around the middle.
Most days I just sleep in my doggie bed and beg for food. Sometimes I get to sit in the sun and it feels so warm and good. My neighbors are yappy mean little bischons who are mean and like to tease me. My mom and dad set up play dates with those dogs, and they just bullied me.
I am always afraid of other dogs, but sometimes I make friends when they are small and not so scary. I'm starting to come out of my shell, though, and have made a lot of big dog friends on myspace.
And yes, its true - I do eat poop. In my defense, its only my own, and only when my mommy isn't watching. I've tried to stop, really I have, but I can't help it - I love that stuff! But I have noticed, when I have pooh breath, I don't get any kisses from my family. Oh well, maybe they won't notice that I had a little bit today.
My mom and dad don't give me as much attention as I'd like, they pretend that they don't like me, and say that I only get to stay in the house because of the other kids, but when no one else is looking they sneak me little treats and pick me up and pet me.
My brothers and sister make up for the attention that my parents deny me. They are the very best. I have two brothers who are really active and they always have such interesting stinky smells. They sneak me into bed with them and let me watch Rocky and Seinfield. My big sis moved out, but she's still my favorite (us girls have to stick together). When she comes over she's just crazy!!! She gets me all excited and I pee all over the floor, and then Mommy gets real mad. She plays with me and tells me I'm beautiful and takes me on car rides and everywhere with her.
I love having fun and being with my friends. Everyone loves me, despite the pooh eating. I'm not very smart, and I don't do any tricks (even though I have been to many many puppy classes and obedience classes). When they call me to come or sit, I just lie down on the floor and look scared. But what I lack in intelligence I make up with cuteness and affection.
