I am a collumnist and have decided to try blogging for a while to see what response I get from my writitng. Most of my blogs about my real personal daily life and occaisonally I throw in rants and raves I have about certain things - especially anything that has to to with customer service as I have a personal vendetta agaisnt people who appear to be incompentent to my questions about things I have purchased.
