one of our delivery drivers just came in. he has 2 large tattoos on his arms and always wears a short sleeve t-shirt. he reminds me of my grandpa, who also has a large tattoo on his arm.

i still hate the bank, but i have to say that i had a pleasurable experience today. i received one bottle of champagne and one box of chocolates from NatWest bank. they took ages to get my debit car...
