I'm ultimately an artsy, inquisitive. I love to read lots of terrific literature. I've been reading stuff that literrati types voted as the greatest American lit of the past 25 years in the NY Times Book Review: the Rabbit series by John Updike and some Phillip Roth offerings are my recent reads. You need to read "A Winter's Tale" by Mark Helpurn if you want something startlingly beautiful and magical. It was otherworldly in the best sense. Summer is my favorite for all the great hiking. I am also big on getting up to my parents cabin in Montana for a long weekend. My husband and I enjoy getting out and catching some jazz music at the Bayou. I also like to stay in and watch independent films from the Salt Lake Library, which is really on the pulse of it all! My psychotherapy practice as a marriage and family therapist is very stimulating and I learn a lot about people and it helps to put life in perspective.
