I am a cancer surviver... see?
Some folks say that obviously "somethin' ain't right 'bout that boy" and "he needs his head checked". I tend to disagree with them. In my mind, I'm perfectly normal, just I'm adept at saying things that would not normally come out in everyday conversation, but folks are definitely thinking about them none the less. It really is hit or miss. I do have the odd tendency to become different people at in opportune times, just to amuse myself. Sometimes, you have to take pictures of you being a jackass, ya'know?
Now, before anybody gets on my ass about it. Yes, I'm a total fucking geek. Yes, I need to get more sun. Actually, wait a second, I don't need a god damned thing you tell me I need. Well, that's how I see it anyway. As far as the whole "sun thing" goes, I come in two colors: pale and lobster red. Neither are attractive, but one of them is a lot more painful than the other. Also, I have a bit of a strange fixation with sheep. I mean, they're really cool looking animals and I laugh every time I hear a nice long "Baaaaah!". However, naturally, where you have sheep you also have sheep jokes. The thing with me is that I take it entirely too far. Some would say I take it to the point where I oughtn't be allowed within fifteen miles of a petting zoo. I hope folks don't actually believe I take the sheep thing THAT seriously.
What drives them to make this accusation against me is a little gem that I made about three years ago while I was bored. You see, I am an insomniac. Its not like being an insomniac is a rare thing, or that it is 100% a bad thing, but I'm told that staying up for forty to fifty hours at a time isn't healthy. I tend to agree. However, during my sleepless nights I tend to get some very interesting ideas popping into my head. The idea I'm about to share with you came to life at about 3am on a Saturday morning while I was a student at Nuclear Power School in Charleston, SC. At this odd hour, I decided that I wanted to try my hand at making a claymation. So, I did what any reasonable adult would do in this situation: I strapped on my boots, hopped into my Jeep and hauled my ass down to Walmart.. home of the dredges of society! It truly is a good thing that I have no shame. I'd imagine it would be difficult for a "normal" grown man to buy an eight pack of Play-Doh, a gaming magazine, black socks, and a tin of Altoids at this hour in the morning.
I rushed back to my tiny barracks room and got to work. I had never done anything like this before, but I had a general idea as to what I needed to do. I worked ferverently for several hours putting everything together. In my opinion, this turned out to be my masterpiece. I still laugh my ass off every time I watch it. Everytime I get moved to a new place and I need to get aquainted with new people I share this video with them. It just lets them know what kind of humor I have. So, without further adu, I would like to present to you my creation: Sheepy!
