My full given name is William J. Kosma Esquire III. I usually just go by Billy though. I was born on a dark and stormy night during a terrible December snow storm in the frigid winter of 1982. I am still a young man, but so far some of my greatest lifetime accomplishments include: 6th grade student council, captain of 2001 scholar bowl squad, becoming a volunteer fireman in the Village of Dowell, and appearing in a 2002 episode of Everybody Loves Raymond. I enjoy participating in outdoor activities of all kinds. I am an avid fisherman.I go fishing at least once a week. I recently found out that I am distantly related to Bernie Mac.
