About Me

Slack Video is an artist run project working for the progression and facilitation of cinematic artworks, both in their creation and exhibition.

We primarily produce screenings in Hull, of experimental and narrative shorts from artists, filmmakers, students and graduates. We have also exhibited work nationally and internationally.

Slack Video has been running since June 2003 and is organized and run by Gary McKeown, Andrew Quinn and Keith Bianchi.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Who can submit?

- Anyone is welcome to submit work, from students and emerging artists / filmmakers to professionals.

- You can submit any number of works (though multiple submissions will probably be screened over several months).

- We also welcome submissions from groups or curators. If you wish to curate a section within one of our screenings, please email us with your request or proposal.

- We screen both narrative and experimental works (or anything in between).

For submitting work, please email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 1 week with the postal address and answers to any questions.
