My Name is Earl Neal. I am the Monitor Engineer and Audio Crew Chief on “Toby Keith’s Biggest and Baddest Tour”. I have been a touring engineer and or Tour/Production Manager for more than 15 years. I have worked in many different genres of music and mixed both FOH and monitors.

I have been working for Sound Image since the Spring of 2003 doing monitors for Toby as well as other artists.
