Webster's dictionary defines teamster as on who drives a team. Now, here in Houston, Texas out of the streets of the rap music scene comes a new institution the Black Teamsters.The Black Teamsters is a merger of three different factions who have come together under one union.
At-Large founded the Black Teamsters, initially to become a circle of heads of the city that came together to do a project. At-Large and Crime Boss were both at one time members of the pioneering lable Suave/ Suave House Records. Young B. Seals named after the Black Panthers founder is the third head that make this group even more powerful. Considered to be in the same vein as such greats as NWA, ABOVE THE LAW, AND THE GETO BOYS the Black Teamsters come with that missing element that is not seen in in artists today. Young B. Seals and Area 57 are responsible for the engineering of the sound and production for the musical landscape of the Black Teamsters. In 2007 Black Teamsters are determined to push the line and set forth their sound and ignite an street movement.Houston's Crime Boss debuted in 1994, guesting on a track from Eightball & MJG's On the Outside Looking In. The hardcore rapper found his own solo deal on the group's Suave House label one year later and released All in the Game in 1995. As part of a deal with Relativity, Crime Boss' second album Conflicts & Confusion found a much wider issue upon its release in mid-1997.AT-LARGE

BARS&STRIPESMy lil homie Young B.Seals was recently locked up this pass June for a case he's been fighting since last year. That really fu%*ked our plans for the album. Being that we recorded allot of material earlier this year we're gonna release that as a prequel to the album and a couple mix cds.
