Starting off with only a 16 track recorder and Korg keyboard we came in the game and dropped our 1st independent cd tittled (Competition) With the exposure of competition we were able to establish ourself and add other Key members of G"d Up such as Prime and Kazer...Then came our 1st real effort album... (The Take Over) an all orginal album produced by el -dee and executively produced by ace. Once The Take Over dropped the streets and fans were litterly begging for more of G'd UP so we decided to drop (The Take Over 1.6 Mixtape). This being our 1st mixtape we independently sold over 2000 copies in the streets and in stores. After The Take Over 1.6 mixtape we released (Texas Tippin) A mixtape due to drop this Spring Break 2007!!!! Texas Tippin shows how versatile our group is and how much we have improved as artists, producers, and as a group. Now with our new member Charm and existing member Lil Tyte being released from prison at the end of 2006 we have the potential to do big things in the upcoming 2007 year for the Valley and for Valley rap. So be on the look out for Ace Ripp Solo album tittled (Almost Famous) droppin in May of 07, also Prime and Kazer's (Dopheens) scheduled to drop next month...(1st Times tha Charm) by Charm aslo droppin Spring Break 07 and (Muddy Waters )from Lil Tyte coming soon as well ...And Another G'd Up Classic Album at the end of the year... The game belongs to and G'd Up, 07 is Ours. G'd Up has always represented for Harlingen, The Valley, Arkansas and for Blacks and Mexicans everywhere, proving that color and race is not an issue when it comes to making hits and good quality music. So with all that being said G'd Up is The Only group doing it big out of Harlingen, The Only Harlingen rappers that play a major part in Valley Rap and Hip Hop ...Ask anyone who runs Harlingen and they will tell you Ace Muthafuckin Ripp and that G'd Up clique .
