I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm a grad student at NYU in Museum Studies. I'm also a Certified Antiques Appraiser (NYU, USPAP 2005).
Mildly Interesting Laura Facts

I enjoy discussing politics and religion. I really like men who cook. I work at an art gallery. I've lived in five different states in the past 9 years. I drink tea in the mornings. I own ten paintings, but only 3 have any sort of monetary value. I love sending and receiving letters, and fortunately have many girl friends who feel the same way. Green is my favorite color. I like toothpaste with stripes. The down side of having a convertible is that I'm tired of cleaning leaves out of it. I really like Blues, but don't care for Jazz. I am always on the lookout for bars with raw oysters. I was blessed by Pope John Paul II in 2003. I've memorized pi to the tenth place. I once saw a plane crash. I do not believe in front license plates, and have paid fines for my beliefs. I play several musical instruments. I was a cheerleader in college. I will think of more useless stuff later.

"That guy looks like he needs a kidney stabbed." -my brother, on the train
