I have traveled the world. I have seen the sun set in seven different colors.
I have walked islands from one end to the other.
I have sipped from the freshest streams and watched clouds float beneath my feet.
I have felt the kisses of a thousand different fish and watched fireflies light up a tree like Christmas.
I've fallen in love and have been broken by those I have cared for the most.
I'm not an enigma,I know you have seen it too. we have seen love and hate. We've seen the world end and seen it start again. I know I an not alone.
Rage. Rage against the dying of the light. RAGE! Rage for what is going to be, Rage because they hate you, rage because they cannot be you, Rage because they are wrong, rage because you are all thats left, rage because the last excuse for wrong doing is that you give yourself, rage... rage!!!! RAGE!!!! WAKE UP AND RAGE!!!

My Interests

Swimming, camping, pool, environmentalism, technology, books, night life, partys, goin to the zoo, walking the riverfront
Most of the winter I'm pretty laid up unless you see me in the mountains falling down or road tripping to a warmer climate. When spring and summer come along, you can find me just about anywhere there is sun! Swimming, hiking, biking. Portland has been brutal to me, so cold and dank
I miss the beaches of southern cal, Mission, PB and La Jolla with my bleach blond friends and beachheads. I miss Guam, floating in the ocean with a beer in both hands and watching the sun go down. I paint and I actually like to go to art galleries. I practice at photography, I fix things (sometimes when they aren't broken) and I have a totally bad sushi habit.

I'd like to meet:

I want to hear the stories of bums, drink a beer with a stranger. Find the beautiful people and see whats on the inside. I strive to find people that have character, that can stand against the tide, that rage when the lights go out. Ones that know the basic skills of life and have the moral stability to get along with others. All you other bad attitude driven miscreants can kiss my ass. You cannot put off today who you would be tomorrow

Open Water and Gerry suck, I would rather eat my own eye, watching myself do it, than ever see that crap again.

Television:

Family guy, the late Sopranos, an occasional sports or poker station, National Geographic Channel, random cartoons, I try not to watch much TV

Books:

I read a lot of text books right now, I wouldn't always say I enjoy them. I love a good SciFi book from old school writers like Robert A Heinlein. Life books like the Journey of Socrates and of course Fun books like the LEM and the Cyberraid and Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. (don't watch the movie, read the book)..
