Before anything else, spending time with my beautiful girlfriend. After that, obviously music. In particular, I love just jamming (literally improvising) with my friends, myself usually singing, or playing guitar or keyboard. Actually, at one time, bass too...But what else? I really enjoy playing pool at the bars, but that usually involves alcohol, which doesn't help my game much. Recently, I've been acting in extremely low budget films, performed by my good buddy, Ben. Other things: some business, photography (I just never get around to it), video games ("Halo 2" online), partying, international accents, occasionally bowling, overanalyzing everything, driving, cats, drawing, writing and composing, some painting, on and off spurts of weight lifting, and of course playing around on "My Space". And all who know me should know that my favorite place in the world is the seashore. Be it any seashore, but the seashore... it just must have a boardwalk and lots of booze!

I have already met the absolute love of my life, Melissa. She's my everything. I am so fucking lucky.
As for friends, I want to meet interesting people. People with originality or intelligence. Music lovers and players. Happy people. Being funny is a huge plus! Anyone who loves bands like "Muse" and "Metallica". Anyone who loves "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer". Nice people. Silly people. Emotionally stable and mature people.
However, I am open to meet just about anyone, and I actually often prefer to meet people who differ from me, 'cause that just tends to be more interesting! Just do me a favor: if you're an emotional basketcase, genuinely insane, or a drama queen of any sort, don't bother me. Not too much to ask. And I'm highly flexible. Just be cool and be nice and we're good here.

I love so much, it's staggering to try to list groups, but I can say that I love everything from heavy metal to classical to jazz to techno to rap...just no country music. I respect it, I just don't get it.A few bands would be: Metallica, Tool, Megadeth, Eminem, Mudvayne, Testament, Guns n' Roses, Queensryche, Iron Maiden, Dr. Dre, Devin Townsend, A Perfect Circle, Incubus, Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Tomahawk, Delian League, Cradle of Filth, Rammstein, Type O Negative, Outcast, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Muse, No Doubt, Shadows Fall, Radiohead, Deftones, Disturbed, White Zombie, "Old" Limp Bizkit, Korn, Die Krupps, Linkin Park, Moonspell, Dream Theater, Slipknot, Blood Hound Gang, Dog Fashion Disco, J.S. Bach, "Old" Coal Chamber, Offspring, Anthrax, Beethoven, Pantera, System of a Down...Oh, and one more thing about Metallica: "...and Justice For All" is possibly the most perfect album I have ever heard.
"The Grudge/Ju-On" are two of the scariest films I have ever seen. I love the techniques of Japanese horror. In regards to it's musical score, "Requiem For a Dream" is one of the most powerful and emotionally invoking films I have ever seen. But other wonderful movies would include: A Clockwork Orange, Me, Myself, & Irene, Event Horizon, any Nightmare on Elm Street movie except A New Nightmare, House On Haunted Hill, Truman Show, Legally Blond, SAW 1 & 2, Dead Alive, The Ring & Ringu, Versus, Seven, Spiderman 1 & 2, Pool Hall Junkies, Judgement Night, Suicide Kings, Evil Dead trilogy, Die Hard, Robocop, the first three Puppet Master movies, The Cell, The Craft, The Eye, Dark Water (Japanese version only), Serenity, the Indiana Jones trilogy, the original Star Wars trilogy, and many others... but let us give special attention to "Evil Dead 2", purely because it's horror, and because Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell are geniuses for how they created the most perfect contingency of fear and laughter.
The answer to this question is way too easy: anything done by writer/ director Joss Whedon. The way the guy develops his characters in his stories is just awesome. Specifically speaking, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" is probably my favorite television series ever. "Firefly" was really great, as well, and I have even started trying to catch episodes of Angel. Recently I have also discovered how f'ing funny "That 70's Show" and "Malcolm in the Middle" are. Oh, and I love "King of Queens"! I really enjoy kicking back and watching a lot of the sitcom shows that ended like "Friends" and "Seinfeld". Oh, and any of HBO's original shows are excellent, but I mean come on, that's barely TV. It's HBO. And you know what? Despite my bitterness towards "reality tv", I have to admit that Donald Trump's show is really interesting. And how could I forget about wrestling? I haven't really kept up with watching it lately, but I love a good match. And yes, I know it's fake and ridiculous, but take it from me, it's great. Just one giant soap opera. And I used to hate it!
Salem's Lot, Midnight, various guitar books, A Clockwork Orange, The Little Prince...and I'm currently reading Grendel, High Fidelity, The Illustrated History of Electronic Games, and The Daily Show book, America.
Mike Patton from "Faith No More" and "Mr. Bungle", among other groups. As a total package, he is by far my favorite vocalist, and has had a great influence on my singing style as well as musical taste. And Bill Hicks, for being funny and telling the truth at the same time.
