A POEM TO MYSELF.....Overbearing panic attack entrenching my veins in an hour I'll be OK i pray this pain will go away permanently someday I'VE seen more than... I should have to... I'VE seen this on my own this song is a, poem to myself, it helps me to live... in case of fire, BREAK the glass, and move on into your own... Reoccurring drowning effect entrenching my brain, i hope you'll be ok someday, so i can say that you moved on in the right way... BREAK...............things are getting better now, added with my recovery which hasn't been bad, my health isn't too good but getting better with this medication im using. I have very high cholesterol and taking meds for that, but had to get glasses cause i am far sighted now, due to being diagnosed with a bad case of Diabetes and has started to effect my eye-sight so i cant see close-up, but now after 2 weeks I've better to see alot better close up without the glasses. I must shoot 30 cc's of insulin every-night. so by changing my diet and watching what i eat i might be able to reverse it, but it's Type 1, so most likely have it the rest of my life, but maintain it so nothing else gets worse. but its life i guess. i guess its the 15 years of drinking beer and soda that did it. but I'm alright otherwise, still sober, peace out all.
